Dual-ended brow tool featuring an angled brush to fill and define brows with precision and a spiral brush to smooth, groom and blend. Can be used as a powder eyeliner application, wet or dry.
Suitable for the application of asap Pure Mineral Eye Colour
Use brush end to groom and tidy the brow. Tap the angled end into the colour you are using and fill in brow using short, feathered strokes. Use the brow brush to blend through the brow to avoid harsh lines.
For an eyeliner, trace angled brush along the lash line in small, even movements. Wet brush slightly for a liquid eyeliner look.
Wash brush with a mild shampoo and rinse with warm water till water runs clear. Dry in natural UV light. Wash as needed.
